The terms that apply when you book bus, van, or coach rental services with Rideway Passenger Transport in Dubai and across the UAE.

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ridewayfleet.com and your booking of any bus, van, or coach rental service from Rideway Passenger Transport (“Rideway”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a passenger transport operator based in 57M6+J96, Marasi Dr, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings & Quotes
- All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of confirmation.
- Quotes provided via WhatsApp, phone, email, or our website are based on the pickup location, destination, date, duration, and group size you provide, and are confirmed as a fixed fare once these details are finalized.
- A booking is considered confirmed only once you receive written confirmation (WhatsApp, email, or SMS) from Rideway with the agreed vehicle, driver, and fare.
- Changes to pickup time, location, or itinerary after confirmation may affect the final fare and are subject to availability.
Pricing & Payment
Our fixed-fare pricing includes the vehicle, professional driver, fuel for the agreed route, and insurance, as outlined on our Pricing page. The following may be charged separately unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- VAT, where applicable under UAE law.
- Salik tolls and paid parking incurred during the trip.
- Waiting time beyond the period agreed at booking.
- Additional stops or route changes requested after confirmation.
Payment terms (advance payment, on-completion payment, or monthly invoicing for contract clients) are agreed at the time of booking. Corporate and recurring contract clients may be invoiced on agreed payment cycles.
Cancellations & Changes

Event, seasonal, and multi-day tour bookings may carry different cancellation terms, which will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be at the agreed pickup point at the confirmed time; drivers may wait a reasonable grace period before treating a booking as a no-show.
- Passengers are expected to treat vehicles, drivers, and fellow passengers with respect.
- Any damage to a vehicle caused by a passenger’s negligence or misconduct may be charged to the responsible party.
- Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and transport of prohibited items are not permitted in any vehicle.
- Group leaders or the person who made the booking are responsible for communicating these Terms to their group.
Our Responsibilities & Liability
Rideway operates a fully licensed and insured fleet with professional drivers permitted to carry passengers in the UAE. We take reasonable care to ensure punctual, safe transport, but our liability is subject to the following:
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific trip fare paid, except where such limitation is not permitted by UAE law.
- We recommend passengers arrange their own travel insurance for valuable belongings and trip-related contingencies.
- Vehicles are inspected and maintained regularly; any safety concern should be reported to our team immediately.
Use of Our Website
Content on ridewayfleet.com, including text, images, logos, and pricing information, is the property of Rideway Passenger Transport or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep information on our website accurate and up to date, but pricing and availability are always confirmed directly with our team before booking.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
