How our fares are calculated and what’s included
How much does it cost to rent a bus or van in Dubai?
Prices start from around AED 250 for a sedan transfer up to AED 700+ for a full-size coach, depending on vehicle size, route, and duration. We confirm one fixed fare before every trip — see our Pricing page for a full breakdown.
Is your pricing fixed or an estimate?
Once you share your pickup point, destination, date, and group size, we quote one fixed fare — not an estimate — and it does not change on the day of travel.
What’s included in the quoted price?
Every quote includes the vehicle, professional driver, fuel for the agreed route, and insurance. Extras like additional stops or extended waiting time are agreed upfront, before the trip.
Is VAT included in the price?
We confirm whether VAT is included or added separately at the time of quoting, so there are no surprises on your invoice.
Do you offer monthly or recurring contract pricing?
Yes. Staff shuttles, school runs, and labour transport can be booked as recurring monthly contracts at a discounted daily rate. Contact us for a custom quote.

How to reserve a vehicle and what to expect
How do I book a bus or van?
Send your pickup point, destination, date, and group size via WhatsApp, phone, or our contact form, and we’ll confirm your vehicle and fixed fare, usually within minutes.
Can I book same-day or last-minute transport?
Yes, subject to vehicle availability. We often confirm and dispatch a vehicle within a few hours of your call or WhatsApp message, and our dispatch line is available 24/7.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard transfers, a few hours’ notice is usually enough. For large events, multi-vehicle bookings, or peak season (holidays, major events), we recommend booking a few days ahead to guarantee availability.
Can I change my pickup time or location after booking?
Yes, subject to driver availability. Contact us as early as possible so we can adjust the schedule — changes made close to pickup time may affect the fare.

What vehicles are in your fleet?

Do you offer luxury or VIP coaches?
Yes, we operate luxury VIP coaches with premium seating and amenities for executive travel, weddings, and special events.
How do I know which vehicle size I need?
Tell us your group size and we’ll recommend the right vehicle — as a guide, sedans suit 1–4 passengers, vans suit 5–20, and coaches suit groups of 25 and above.

Yes. We regularly run routes between Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, for one-off trips and recurring contracts.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. We provide fixed-fare airport transfers to and from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah airports, with flight tracking available for late or early arrivals.

Are your drivers licensed and your vehicles insured?

What happens if there’s an issue during my trip?

Cancellations, terms, and your data
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are generally free of charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows at the pickup point, may incur a fee. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
