How to Choose the Right Vehicle Size

Start with your headcount, then subtract for luggage — as a rule of thumb, a vehicle realistically carries about 75-80% of its nominal seat count once everyone has a full checked suitcase. A “22-seater” comfortably fits 22 people with hand luggage only, but closer to 16-18 with full suitcases each. If your group is close to a size boundary (say, 20 people with heavy luggage), size up rather than down — an underfilled 30-seater is more comfortable and often not much more expensive than an overloaded 22-seater.
For daily staff or labour transport, cost-per-employee usually matters more than per-trip comfort — a single 66-seater is typically cheaper to run than two 35-seaters covering the same headcount.
